What does “refurbished” mean?

Our refurbished phones are pre-owned devices that have been professionally tested, cleaned, and restored to full working order. They may have minor cosmetic signs of use but are fully functional and come with a 12‑month warranty.

What’s the difference between Excellent, Very good and Good?

These are condition grades. Excellent means minimal or no visible wear. Very good may have light scratches or scuffs that don’t affect use. Good may show more visible wear but the device works perfectly. All are tested to the same high standard.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every device comes with a 12‑month warranty that covers faults in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace it in line with our warranty terms.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on a weekday for next‑day delivery (excluding Sundays). You’ll see the estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout. Delivery is usually 1–2 working days across the UK.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item if you change your mind. The device must be in the same condition as received. We’ll refund the purchase price once we’ve received and checked the item. See our returns policy for full details.

Are the phones unlocked?

Our phones are supplied unlocked unless otherwise stated, so you can use them with any UK network. If a device is network-locked, we’ll say so clearly on the product page.

How do you test the devices?

Every device goes through a 35‑point check by certified refurbishers. We test the screen, battery, cameras, connectivity, buttons and ports, and securely wipe data before dispatch so your device is ready to set up as new.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and other payment options may be available at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use it to see the status and estimated delivery time. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us below.

Can I trade in my old phone?
